Refund policy
Effective Date: November 10, 2025
1. General Policy for Custom Goods
Given the custom, made-to-order nature of our embroidery services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on customer preference, change of mind, or subsequent change in business needs after production has begun.
All products are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be defective or contain a material error based on the approved order specifications.
2. Defects and Errors
2.1. Definition of Defect
A product is considered defective if it contains a material flaw in workmanship (e.g., incorrect stitching, severe garment damage beyond typical processing) or if the final embroidered design materially deviates from the approved digital mock-up or production specifications detailed on the invoice.
2.2. Notification and Remedy Procedure
Notification Requirement: The Buyer must notify SABIO LLC of any alleged defect or error in writing via email to contact@sabiomade.com within 5 business days of receiving the order. Failure to notify us within this timeframe waives the Buyer's right to claim a defect.
Evidence: The notification must include the invoice number and clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect.
Remedy: Upon confirmation of a defect by SABIO LLC, we reserve the right to choose the appropriate remedy, which may include:
Re-production and replacement of the defective goods at no additional cost.
A proportional credit or refund based on the cost of the defective items.
3. Payment and Refunds (Via Invoice and Store Credit)
All payments are processed via invoice as per the agreed-upon terms.
Default Refund Method: If a refund is issued (only under the terms outlined in Section 2.2), the standard form of reimbursement will be a store credit for future purchases of SABIO LLC services.
Original Form of Payment Refund: A refund to the original form of payment will only be provided if it is expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of SABIO LLC.
The credit or refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date the defect is confirmed and the remedy is chosen by SABIO LLC.
4. Shipping and Delivery Guarantees
4.1. Delivery Dates
SABIO LLC does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless such a date is explicitly specified and mutually agreed upon within a separate written contract or directly on the final, paid invoice. Estimated delivery dates are not grounds for a refund.
4.2. Shipping Delays
SABIO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) or acts of Force Majeure.
5. Garment and Materials Liability
5.1. SABIO LLC Supplied Materials
If SABIO LLC supplies the materials, the Buyer will not be charged for any pieces that are damaged during production. SABIO LLC will ensure the final delivered quantity meets the ordered quantity.
5.2. Buyer Supplied (Customer Furnished) Materials
If the Buyer self-supplies items for embroidery:
The Buyer acknowledges the inherent risk of damage to a small percentage of items during industrial embroidery.
The Buyer must provide extra pieces (overage) at their own cost.
SABIO LLC is not liable for replacement or refund of damaged, Buyer-supplied items up to a reasonable industry standard allowance (typically 2%-5% of the total quantity).
6. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
